Validation Terms & Conditions

DGD validation participation is funded exclusively through stablecoin contributions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Only USDC and USDT on the Ethereum ERC-20 network are accepted.
• Contributions sent via any other network — including BNB Chain, Tron, Arbitrum, or Polygon — are permanently irrecoverable. DigitalGoldX bears no liability for misdirected transfers.
• It is your sole responsibility to verify the network before initiating any transfer.

DGD operates on a Proof of Participation (POP) consensus model. Participation is restricted to locally operated desktop or laptop nodes. By registering, you confirm that:

• The wallet address submitted during registration corresponds to an active, locally installed DGD core node.
• Node operation via data centers, virtual private servers (VPS), cloud instances, or emulated environments is prohibited and subject to automated protocol-level detection and restriction.
• Each registered wallet must correspond to one physical machine under your direct control.

DGD allocations are divided equally among verified online consensus nodes in accordance with the active validation model. You agree that:

• No single participant may accumulate a disproportionate or monopolistic share of the circulating supply.
• Distributions are processed by the validation platform after payment verification, balance reconciliation, and network validation thresholds.
• Distribution amounts and timing are governed by protocol rules and are not subject to manual override or dispute.

By checking the acceptance box during registration, you certify that you are operating a single, genuine physical node under your own control. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blacklisting from all distribution loops:

• Sybil attacks or creation of duplicate node keys on a single physical system
• Any attempt to simulate, multiply, or misrepresent node participation
• Exploitation of any technical or procedural vulnerability in the fair distribution process

DigitalGoldX reserves the right to terminate access, withhold distributions, and take further remedial action where violations are detected or reasonably suspected.

By proceeding with a contribution, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
